Featuring primitive materials of cement render and metal in contemporary forms and applications, the palette is restrained and confident. Horizontal forms externally are softened with warm timbers and soft white curves with the staircase being a dramatic feature that links the public ground floor spaces to the private first floor bedrooms and retreat.
